The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the performance of the S&P SmallCap 600 Pure Growth Index Total Return. The fund will invest at least 90% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities included in the underlying index. The underlying index is narrow in focus, containing only those S&P SmallCap 600 companies with strong growth characteristics as selected by S&P. It may hold up to 10% of its assets in securities not included in the underlying index. The fund is non-diversified.

EBIZ Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive E-commerce Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index. The index is designed to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies that are positioned to benefit from the increased adoption of e-commerce as a distribution model, including but not limited to companies whose principal business is in operating e-commerce platforms, providing e-commerce software and services, and/or selling goods and services online. The fund is non-diversified.
