The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that seeks to achieve its objective by investing in U.S.-listed equity securities of "Energy Companies." It will invest, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets plus the amount of borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of Value Energy Companies.

XSVM Description
The investment seeks to track the investment results (before fees and expenses) of the S&P SmallCap 600 High Momentum Value Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the underlying index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, the index provider compiles, maintains and calculates the underlying index, which is designed to track the performance of approximately 120 stocks in the S&P SmallCap 600® that have the highest “value” and “momentum” scores.Grade (RS Rating)
