It also provides various loans, including commercial lines of credit, working capital loans, commercial real estate-backed loans, term loans, equipment financing, acquisition loans, expansion and development loans, borrowing base loans, real estate construction loans, homebuilder loans, letters of credit, and other loan products to small and medium-sized businesses, real estate developers, mortgage lenders, manufacturing and industrial companies, and other businesses. In addition, the company offers consumer loans to individuals and professionals, including residential real estate loans, home equity loans, installment loans, unsecured and secured personal lines of credit, and standby letters of credit. Further, it provides a range of online banking solutions, including access to account balances, online transfers, online bill payment and electronic delivery of customer statements, and ATMs, and as well as banking through telephone, mail, and personal appointment. Additionally, the company offers debit cards, night depository services, direct deposits, cashier's checks, and letters of credit; cash management deposit products, as well as treasury management services, such as wire transfer services and automated clearinghouse services. It operates through nine branches located in the greater Dallas, Texas metropolitan area. Veritex Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2009 and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
