The investment seeks capital appreciation. The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund ("ETF") that invests under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of small-capitalization U.S. companies. The fund's sub-adviser defines a small-capitalization company as an issuer whose market capitalization at the time of purchase is in the range of those found in the Russell 2000® Index.
