The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond to the total return performance of the Lattice Risk-Optimized Advancing Markets Strategy Index (LROAMX). The fund generally invests at least 80 percent of its assets in securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the index. The index is designed to balance risks and opportunities within equity markets of emerging economies while emphasizing constituents exhibiting a favorable combination of factor characteristics.

The investment seeks to track as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the total return of the FTSE Developed ex-US Index. The fund invests at least 90% of net assets in stocks that are included in the index. The index is comprised of large and mid capitalization companies in developed countries outside the United States, as defined by the index provider. It will concentrate its investments (i.e., hold 25% or more of its total assets) in a particular industry, group of industries or sector to approximately the same extent that its index is so concentrated.
