It produces, markets, sells and distributes Coca-Cola trademark beverages, including sparkling beverages, such as colas and flavored sparkling beverages; waters; and still beverages, including juice drinks, coffee, teas, milk, value-added dairy, and isotonic. The company also operates a chain of convenience stores under the OXXO brand name in Latin America; and other small format stores, which include soft discount stores with a focus on perishables, liquor stores, and smaller convenience stores. As of December 31, 2012, it operated 10,601 OXXO stores, of which 10,567 are located in Mexico and 34 stores are located in Bogotá, Colombia. In addition, the company engages in the production and distribution of coolers, commercial refrigeration equipment, and plastic cases; and provision of transportation logistics and maintenance services to its subsidiaries and third-parties.
