PALC Description

The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Lunt Capital U.S. Large Cap Multi-Factor Rotation Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund’s total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of its underlying index or in one or more ETFs that track the performance of all or a portion of such component securities in the same approximate proportion as in the fund’s underlying index. The index uses an objective, rules-based methodology to provide exposure to large-capitalization U.S. companies. It is non-diversified.

DBEF Description

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE US Dollar Hedged Index (the "underlying index"). The index is designed to provide exposure to equity securities in developed international stock markets, while at the same time mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the U.S. dollar and selected non-U.S. currencies. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in equity securities of issuers from Europe, Australia and the Far East and in instruments designed to hedge the fund's exposure to non-U.S. currencies. It is non-diversified.
