ESGA Description

The investment seeks long-term capital growth. The fund will generally invest in large capitalization companies the advisor believes show sustainable business improvement using a proprietary multi-factor model that combines fundamental measures of a stock's value and growth potential with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) metrics. Under normal market conditions, it will invest at least 80% of its assets in sustainable equity securities. The fund is not permitted to invest in securities issued by companies assigned the Global Industry Classification Standard (GICS) or the Bloomberg Industry Classification Standard (BICS) for the tobacco industry.

It seeks to track the performance of the Morningstar Global Wide Moat Focus Index, by using full replication technique. It employs proprietary research to create its portfolio. VanEck Morningstar Global Wide Moat ETF was formed on October 30, 2018 and is domiciled in the United States.
