The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index. The fund invests at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the index and depositary receipts representing securities that comprise the index. The Zacks Multi-Asset Income Index is comprised of approximately 149 securities selected, based on investment and other criteria, from a universe of domestic and international companies. The securities comprising the index include stocks of small and medium-sized companies.

The fund invests in securities and derivatives that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should have similar daily return characteristics as two times (2x) the daily return of the index. The index measures the performance of the basic materials sector of the U.S. equity market. The fund is non-diversified.
