The Fund will seek to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in a broad, dynamically managed portfolio of (i) secured loans (“Senior Loans”) made primarily to companies whose debt is rated below investment grade; (ii) corporate bonds (“Corporate Bonds”) that are expected to be primarily high yield issues rated below investment grade; and (iii) debt securities issued by entities commonly referred to, and referred to herein, as collateralized loan obligations (“CLOs”, and such debt securities, “CLO Debt Securities”).
