The fund may also enter into currency-related spot transactions when it transacts in equities denominated in foreign currencies or invest in certain derivative instruments, such as currency futures or forwards that will help the adviser manage risk associated with foreign currency exposure, if any, or futures contracts. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund invests in growth and value stocks of companies across diversified market capitalization. The fund seeks to track the performance of the FactSet Supply Chain Logistics Index, by using full replication technique. ProShares Supply Chain Logistics ETF was formed on April 6, 2022 and is domiciled in the United States.
