The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P High Yield Dividend Aristocrats Index, the fund employs a sampling strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is designed to measure the performance of the highest dividend yielding S&P Composite 1500® Index constituents that have followed a managed-dividends policy of consistently increasing dividends every year for at least 20 consecutive years. It is non-diversified.

ELQD Description iShares ESG Advanced Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF is an exchange traded fund launched by BlackRock, Inc. The fund is managed by BlackRock Fund Advisors. It invests in fixed income markets of global developed markets region. The fund primarily invests in U.S. dollar denominated corporate bonds that have at least three years to maturity and are rated investment grade by Fitch Ratings, Inc., Moody's Investors Service, Inc. or Standard & Poor's Global Ratings. It invests in securities of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. The fund seeks to track the performance of the iBoxx MSCI ESG Advanced USD Liquid Investment Grade Index, by using representative sampling technique. iShares ESG Advanced Investment Grade Corporate Bond ETF is domiciled in the United States.
