LEAD Description

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation by tracking the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Reality Shares DIVCON Leaders Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's assets will be invested in component securities of the benchmark index. The benchmark index is designed to capitalize on the theory that, over time, companies that consistently grow their dividends tend to have investment returns above the overall market. It is designed to select the companies that have the highest probability of increasing their dividend in a 12-month period. The fund is non-diversified.

ACIO Description The investment seeks current income and capital appreciation. The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective principally by investing in a portfolio of large capitalization U.S.-listed equity securities and an options collar (i.e., a mix of written (sold) call options and long (bought) put options) on the same underlying equity securities. It may write call options on up to 100% of each equity position held in the portfolio and will use a portion of the premium received from writing such call options to purchase put options. It is non-diversified.
