The PowerShares KBW Premium Yield Equity REIT Portfolio (Fund) is based on the KBW Premium Yield Equity REIT Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities that comprise the Index. The Index is calculated using a dividend yield weighted methodology that seeks to reflect the performance of approximately 24 to 40 small- and mid-cap equity REITs in the United States. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in securities of companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the hotel business. It may also invest in companies involved in other lodging and travel-related services. The fund invests primarily in U.S. exchange listed equity securities, including common and preferred stock and ?ADRs. It is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
