The company also owns and operates hotels, as well as offers tourism and transportation services. It operates approximately 12 hotels or lodges, 300 motor coaches, and 20 domed rail cars. The company sells its cruises through travel agents, including wholesalers, general sales agents, and tour operators. Carnival Corporation was incorporated in 1972 and is headquartered in Miami, Florida.
