The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Distillate International Fundamental Stability & Value Index. The index was developed in 2020 by the investment adviser and index provider, and measures the performance of globally listed, large- and mid-capitalization equity securities and depositary receipts of non-U.S. companies, selected based on certain fundamental factors. To the extent the index concentrates in the securities of a particular industry or group of related industries, the fund will concentrate its investments to approximately the same extent as the index. The fund is non-diversified.

ICOW Description
The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Developed Markets International Cash Cows 100 Index. The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index uses an objective, rules-based methodology to provide exposure to large and mid-capitalization non-U.S. companies in developed markets with high free cash flow yields.Grade (RS Rating)
