The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Nasdaq CEA Cybersecurity Index(SM) (the "index"). The index is owned by the NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. The index will include securities of companies classified as "cybersecurity" companies by the CEA. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks or in depositary receipts that comprise the index. The advisor intends to invest in each security in the index. It is non-diversified.

PID Description
The PowerShares International Dividend Achievers™ Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ International Dividend AchieversTM Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in dividend paying common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to identify an international group of American Depository Receipts, Global Depositary Receipts and non-U.S. common or ordinary stocks that have qualified as International Dividend Achievers™. These companies have increased their annual dividend for five or more consecutive fiscal years. The Fund and the Index are reconstituted annually in January and rebalanced quarterly in January, April, July and October. Effective December 28, 2012, the NADAQ OMX Group, Inc., replaced Mergent, Inc., as the Index Provider of the Index. Effective February 25, 2013, the name of the Index changed from International Dividend Achievers Index to NASDAQ International Dividend Achievers Index. There will be no change to the methodology by which NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc., the Index Provider, calculates the Index. Please see the Fund’s prospectus supplement for more information.
