Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in securities issued by Sports Betting and iGaming Companies. The index tracks the performance of the common stock (or corresponding American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) or Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs)) of exchange-listed companies that earn revenue from online gaming (iGaming).

ESPO Description The investment seeks to replicate as closely as possible, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the MVIS® Global Video Gaming & eSports Index (the "index"). The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in securities that comprise the fund's benchmark index. The index is a global index that tracks the performance of the global video gaming and eSports (also known as electronic sports) segment. The fund may invest in depositary receipts and securities denominated in foreign currencies. It is non-diversified.
