Supply Chain Management Services (SCMS) is a set of activities and processes that are used to plan, control, and execute the flow of goods and services from the point of origin to the point of consumption. It includes the management of the entire supply chain, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of finished products to the end customer. SCMS also includes the management of inventory, transportation, warehousing, and customer service.
