XSOE Description
The investment seeks to track the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the WisdomTree Emerging Markets ex-State-Owned Enterprises Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets will be invested in component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. The index is a modified market cap weighted index that consists of common stocks in emerging markets, excluding common stocks of "state-owned enterprises." The fund is non-diversified.

The PowerShares Dynamic Large Cap Growth Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Large Cap Growth IntellidexSM Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index seeks to provide capital appreciation while maintaining consistent stylistically accurate exposure. The Style Intellidexes apply a rigorous 10-factor style isolation process to objectively segregate companies into their appropriate investment style and size universe. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.Grade (RS Rating)
