It invests in stocks of companies operating in the real estate sector including companies engaged in real estate management and development and REITs, excluding mortgage REITs. The fund invests in stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of The Real Estate Select Sector Index, by investing in stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. VRAI Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond the price and yield performance of the Indxx Real Asset Income Index (the "underlying index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest not less than 80% of its assets in component securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to track the performance of U.S.-listed "Real Asset" companies, as defined by Indxx, LLC, the index provider of the underlying index. The underlying index includes common stock, real estate investment trusts, master limited partnerships, American depositary receipts and global depositary receipts.
