The fund invests in stocks of large-cap companies. It seeks to replicate the performance of The Real Estate Select Sector Index, by investing in stocks of companies as per their weightings in the index. The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index. In seeking to track the performance of the Dow Jones U.S. Select REIT Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is designed to provide a measure of real estate securities that serve as proxies for direct real estate investing, in part by excluding securities whose value is not always closely tied to the value of the underlying real estate.
