The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and the potential for current income, while also seeking to protect principal during unfavorable market conditions. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities of large capitalization domestic and foreign companies which WBI Investments, Inc., the sub-advisor to the fund and an affiliate of Millington Securities Inc., the advisor, believes display an attractive financial condition and prospects for ongoing financial stability, and up to 20% of its net assets in other tactical investment opportunities.

PKB Description
The PowerShares Dynamic Building & Construction Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Building & Construction IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 30 US building and construction companies. These are companies that are primarily engaged in providing construction and related engineering services for building and remodeling residential properties, commercial or industrial buildings, or working on large-scale infrastructure projects, such as highways, tunnels, bridges, dams, power lines, and airports. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.Grade (RS Rating)
