The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation and the potential for current income, while also seeking to protect principal during unfavorable market conditions. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the dividend-paying equity securities of large capitalization domestic and foreign companies which WBI Investments, Inc., the sub-advisor to the fund and an affiliate of Millington Securities Inc., the advisor, believes display attractive dividend payment prospects, and up to 20% of its net assets in other tactical investment opportunities.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the performance, before the fund's fees and expenses, of an equity index called the Beacon Global Timber Index. The fund will invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stock, American depositary receipts ("ADRs") and global depositary receipts ("GDRs") that comprise the index and depositary receipts representing common stocks included in the index (or underlying securities representing the ADRs and GDRs included in the index). It generally will invest in all of the securities comprising the index in proportion to their weightings in the index. The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
