The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets in securities of (i) companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from tobacco and alcoholic beverages, (ii) companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from the food and beverage industry, and (iii) companies that derive at least 50% of their net revenue from gaming activities. It invests primarily in U.S. exchange listed equity securities, including common and preferred stock and ADRs.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of a specific foreign equity securities benchmark. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of its current benchmark, the CSI Overseas China Internet Index or in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure the performance of the investable universe of publicly traded China-based companies whose primary business or businesses are in the Internet and Internet-related sectors.
