The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index and in ADRs and GDRs based on the securities in the underlying index. The underlying index is designed to measure broad based equity market performance of global companies involved in the uranium industry. It generally will use a replication strategy. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund normally invests at least 80% of its total assets in equity securities of U.S. and foreign companies primarily engaged in various aspects of the nuclear energy business. It may also utilize convertible securities and participation notes to seek performance that corresponds to the Nuclear Energy Index. The fund may concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to the extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries.
