The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI Turkey Investable Market Index (the "underlying index"). The fund will at all times invest at least 90% of its assets in the securities of the underlying index or in depositary receipts representing securities in its underlying index. The underlying index is a free float-adjusted market capitalization index designed to measure broad-based equity market performance in Turkey. Components primarily include consumer staples, financial and industrials companies. The fund is non-diversified.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, track the price return performance of the EQM Tactile AR/VR Virtual Technology Index. The fund will normally invest at least 80% of its total assets in securities of the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are expected to benefit from the increased adoption of augmented reality ("AR") and virtual reality ("VR") technologies. The fund will concentrate its investments in a particular industry or group of industries to approximately the same extent that the index concentrates in an industry or group of industries.
