The investment seeks capital appreciation from investments in the global equity markets that have exposure to the broad cannabis industry. Under normal market conditions, at least 80% of the value of the fund’s net assets (plus borrowings for investment purposes) will be invested in Cannabis Companies. The Advisor generally expects to invest in Cannabis Companies across a broad market capitalization spectrum of micro-, small-, and mid-capitalization stocks.

KBWR Description
The PowerShares KBW Regional Banking Portfolio (Fund) is based on the KBW Regional Banking Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. The Index is an equal weighted float-adjusted market capitalization index that seeks to reflect the performance of publicly traded companies that do business as regional banks or thrifts listed on US stock markets. The Index is compiled, maintained and calculated by KBW and is composed of approximately 50 companies. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.Grade (RS Rating)
