Associated Banc-Corp (Associated) is a bank holding company. The Company operates through its banking subsidiary Associated Bank, National Association (Associated Bank), a commercial bank, and various non-banking subsidiaries. Through its subsidiaries, the Company provides a range of banking and non-banking products and services to individuals and businesses through more than 200 banking offices serving more than 100 communities. The Company operates through three segments: Commercial Banking, Consumer Banking, and Risk Management and Shared Services. The Commercial Banking segment serves businesses, developers, non-profits, municipalities and financial institutions. The Consumer Banking segment serves individuals and small businesses through various retail banking and private client offices. The Risk Management and Shared Services segment offers services related to finance, treasury and technology.
