The fund will generally invest at least 90% of its total assets in the securities (including American depositary receipts (?ADRs?)) that comprise the index. Strictly in accordance with its guidelines and mandated procedures, MAC Indexing LLC compiles, maintains, and calculates the index, which is designed to track the global solar energy equity sector. The fund is non-diversified.

VCLN Description
The investment seeks capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest not less than 80% of its net assets (plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes) in equity securities of clean energy companies. The sub-adviser defines clean energy companies as those that derive at least 50% of their value from one or more of the following clean energy businesses: (a) the production of clean energy; (b) the provision of clean energy technology and equipment; or (c) the transmission and distribution of clean energy.
