SRHR Description

Under normal circumstances, the fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in Real Estate Investment Trusts ("REITs") that are publicly traded on domestic stock exchanges. In addition, the fund strategically implements an option strategy consisting of writing (selling) U.S. exchange-traded covered call options on the REITs in the fund"s portfolio. The fund is non-diversified.

The index seeks to provide a notional long exposure to the top four relatively undervalued U.S. equity sectors that also exhibit relatively strong price momentum. It incorporates the CAPE (Cyclically Adjusted Price Earnings) ratio to assess equity market valuations of nine sectors on a monthly basis and to identify the relatively undervalued sectors represented in the S&P 500®.
