SMCO Description

The Sub-Adviser uses its proprietary Small & Mid Cap Opportunities investment process ("SMCO Process") to seek risk-adjusted returns by investing in U.S. equity securities within the small- and mid-cap asset classes. The fund"s portfolio will typically consist of between 50-75 stocks. The fund"s portfolio will consistently consist of stocks that the Sub-Adviser deems fundamentally attractive and reasonably valued. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund"s net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, will be invested in equity securities of small- and mid-capitalization companies.

PowerShares KBW Regional Banking Portfolio ETF

KBWR Description The PowerShares KBW Regional Banking Portfolio (Fund) is based on the KBW Regional Banking Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in securities that comprise the Underlying Index. The Index is an equal weighted float-adjusted market capitalization index that seeks to reflect the performance of publicly traded companies that do business as regional banks or thrifts listed on US stock markets. The Index is compiled, maintained and calculated by KBW and is composed of approximately 50 companies. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.
