Adaptive Core ETF seeks current income. The fund invests in individual equity securities without regard to market capitalization and ETFs that invest in equity securities of any market capitalization including convertible equity securities and fixed income ETFs. The fund’s portfolio may hold securities from issuers of any market capitalization, credit quality, maturity, or country. Fixed income securities may include securities with credit quality below investment grade (commonly referred to as “junk bond” credit quality).

FXZ Description
The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an equity index called the StrataQuant(R) Materials Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets in common stocks that comprise the index. The index is a modified equal-dollar weighted index designed by NYSE Euronext to objectively identify and select stocks from the Russell 1000(R) Index in the materials and processing sector that may generate positive alpha relative to traditional passive-style indices through the use of the AlphaDEX(R) selection methodology.
