The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the MorningstarĀ® North America Renewable EnergySM Index (the index). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index is a rules-based, modified equal-weighted, liquidity-adjusted index of U.S. and Canadian-listed common stocks of companies in North America that are leaders in the transition to a low-carbon economy. The fund is non-diversified.

CTEC Description The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Indxx Global CleanTech Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets, plus borrowings for investments purposes, in the securities of the index and in ADRs, GDRs based on the securities in the index. The index is designed to provide exposure to exchange-listed companies that are positioned to benefit from the increased adoption of technologies focused on improving the efficiency of renewable energy production and/or mitigating the adverse environmental effects of resource consumption. It is non-diversified.
