QINT Description

The investment seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the Alpha Vee American Century Diversified International Equity Index (the "index"). Under normal market conditions, the fund invests at least 80% of its assets, exclusive of collateral held from securities lending, in the component securities of the underlying index. The index is designed to select securities with attractive growth, valuation, and quality fundamentals. The universe of the index is comprised of large- and mid-capitalization equity securities of global issuers in developed and emerging markets, excluding the United States.

IQIN Description

The investment seeks investment results that track (before fees and expenses) generally to the price and yield performance of its underlying index, the IQ 500 International Index (the "underlying index"). The fund invests, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in the investments included in its underlying index ("underlying index components"). The underlying index consists of a number of underlying index components selected in accordance with IndexIQ's rules-based methodology. Such underlying index components will include primarily non-U.S. equity securities.
