PWB Description
The PowerShares Dynamic Large Cap Growth Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Large Cap Growth IntellidexSM Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index seeks to provide capital appreciation while maintaining consistent stylistically accurate exposure. The Style Intellidexes apply a rigorous 10-factor style isolation process to objectively segregate companies into their appropriate investment style and size universe. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.

The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of an index derived from the semiconductor segment of a U.S. total market composite index. In seeking to track the performance of the S&P Semiconductor Select Industry Index (the "index"), the fund employs a replication strategy. It generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index represents the semiconductors industry group of the S&P Total Market Index ("S&P TMI"). The fund is non-diversified.Grade (RS Rating)
