PUI Description

The PowerShares Dynamic Utilities Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Utilities IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 60 US utilities companies. These companies are principally engaged in providing either energy, water, natural gas or telecommunications services. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.

ProShares S&P MidCap 400 Dividend Aristocrats ETF

REGL Description The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the performance of the S&P MidCap 400® Dividend Aristocrats Index. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index includes all companies meeting these requirements and includes a minimum of 40 stocks, each of which is equally weighted. No single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index's weight.
