PTIN Description
The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pacer Trendpilot International Index. The index is based on a proprietary methodology developed and maintained by Index Design Group, an affiliate of Pacer Advisors, Inc., the fund's investment adviser. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index and investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of such component securities. It is non-diversified.

The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the MSCI EAFE® Index (the "underlying index"). The fund generally invests at least 90% of its assets in securities of the underlying index and in depositary receipts representing securities of the underlying index. The underlying index has been developed by MSCI Inc. ("MSCI") as an equity benchmark for its international stock performance. The underlying index includes stocks from Europe, Australasia and the Far East and, as of June 30, 2012, consisted of the following 22 developed market country indexes or regions.Grade (RS Rating)
