PSCM Description
The PowerShares S&P SmallCap Materials Portfolio (Fund) is based on the S&P SmallCap 600® Capped Materials Index (Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Index is designed to measure the overall performance of common stocks of US basic materials companies. These companies are principally engaged in the business of producing raw materials, including paper or wood products, chemicals, construction materials, and mining and metals. The Index is a subset of the S&P SmallCap 600® Index, which is a float-adjusted, market-capitalization-weighted index reflecting the US small-cap market. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly.

DIV Description
The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the INDXX SuperDividendTM U.S. Low Volatility Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the securities of the underlying index. It also invests at least 80% of its total assets in dividend yielding U.S. securities. The underlying index tracks the performance of 50 equally weighted common stocks, MLPs and REITs that rank among the highest dividend yielding equity securities in the United States, as defined by INDXX, LLC.
