PIO Description
The PowerShares Global Water Portfolio (Fund) is based on the NASDAQ OMX Global Water Index. The Fund generally will invest at least 90% of its total assets in companies listed on a global exchange that create products designed to conserve and purify water for homes, businesses and industries. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced quarterly and reconstituted annually in April.

NOBL Description
The investment seeks investment results before fees and expenses that track the performance of the S&P 500® Dividend Aristocrats® Index (the "index"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in component securities (i.e., securities of the index and comparable securities that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the securities of the index). The index contains a minimum of 40 stocks, which are equally weighted, and no single sector is allowed to comprise more than 30% of the index weight.Grade (RS Rating)
