PBE Description

The PowerShares Dynamic Biotechnology & Genome Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Biotech & Genome IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index is designed to provide capital appreciation by thoroughly evaluating companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 30 US biotechnology and genome companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and marketing and distribution of various biotechnological products, services and processes and companies that benefit significantly from scientific and technological advances biotechnology and genetic engineering and reseach. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.

MDCP Description Victory Portfolios II - VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ESG ETF is an exchange traded fund launched and managed by Victory Capital Management Inc. The fund invests in public equity markets across global region. It invests in stocks of companies operating across diversified sectors. The fund invests in growth and value stocks of mid-cap companies, within the market capitalization range of the Russell Mid Cap Index. It invests in stocks of companies that are deemed socially conscious in their business dealings and directly promote environmental responsibility. It employs fundamental and quantitative analysis with bottom-up stock picking approach to create its portfolio. The fund does not invest in companies operating across manufacture of complete tobacco products, cluster munitions, thermal coal and fossil fuels sectors. It employs internal, external and proprietary research to create its portfolio. Victory Portfolios II - VictoryShares THB Mid Cap ESG ETF is domiciled in the United States.
