The fund, under normal circumstances, invests in swap agreements that provide 200% daily exposure to MSFT equal to at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes). It will enter into one or more swap agreements with major global financial institutions whereby the fund and the global financial institution will agree to exchange the return earned on an investment by the fund in MSFT that is equal, on a daily basis, to 200% of the value of the fund"s net assets. The fund is non-diversified.

HACK Description The investment seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the price and yield performance of the Prime Cyber Defense Index. The fund invests at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and in ADRs and GDRs based on the component securities in the index. The index tracks the performance of the exchange-listed equity securities of companies across the globe that (i) engage in providing cybersecurity applications or services as a vital component of its overall business or (ii) provide hardware or software for cybersecurity activities as a vital component of its overall business.
