The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund's fees and expenses) of an index called the Indxx Blockchain Index (the index). The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is designed to track the performance of companies that are either actively using, investing in, developing, or have products that are poised to benefit from blockchain technology and/or the potential for increased efficiency that it provides to various business processes.

LEAD Description

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation by tracking the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Reality Shares DIVCON Leaders Dividend Index. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund&#39;s assets will be invested in component securities of the benchmark index. The benchmark index is designed to capitalize on the theory that, over time, companies that consistently grow their dividends tend to have investment returns above the overall market. It is designed to select the companies that have the highest probability of increasing their dividend in a 12-month period. The fund is non-diversified.
