IZRL Description

The ARK Israel Innovative Technology ETF (IZRL) seeks to provide investment results that closely correspond, before fees and expenses, to the performance of the ARK Israeli Innovation Index, which is designed to track the price movements of exchange-listed Israeli companies whose main business operations are causing disruptive innovation in the areas of genomics, health care, biotechnology, industrials, manufacturing, the Internet or information technology. The Index includes equity securities and depositary receipts of exchange listed companies that are incorporated and/or domiciled in Israel (‘‘Israeli Companies’’) and are included in one of the following economic sectors as defined by FactSet Research Systems: (i) health technology, (ii) communications, (iii) technology services, (iv) electronic technology, (v) consumer services, or (vi) producer manufacturing.

PowerShares Dynamic Consumer Staples

PSL Description The PowerShares Dynamic Consumer Staples Sector Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Consumer Staples Sector IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 60 US consumer staples companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the businesses of providing consumer goods and services that have non-cyclical characteristics, including tobacco, textiles, food and beverage, and non-discretionary retail. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.
