The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. The fund is an actively managed ETF. Under normal circumstances, it seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily - generally greater than 80%, but at least 65% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes - in equity securities of international companies that the Adviser believes, based on quantitative analysis, are undervalued at the time of purchase and have the potential for capital appreciation. The fund will invest primarily in the exchange-listed common stock of international companies and depositary receipts. It is non-diversified.

HAIL Description
The investment seeks to provide investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return performance of the S&P Kensho Smart Transportation Index. Under normal market conditions, the fund generally invests substantially all, but at least 80%, of its total assets in the securities comprising the index. The index is comprised of U.S.-listed equity securities (including depositary receipts) of companies domiciled across developed and emerging markets worldwide which are included in the Smart Transportation sector as determined by a classification standard produced by the index provider.
