The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the total return performance of the TASE-BlueStar Israel Global Technology Index™ ("TA-BIGITech™"). The fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities of the index and in depositary receipts representing such securities. As a result, normally the fund will invest at least 80% of its total assets in Israeli technology companies. TA-BIGITech™ was created in 2013 by BlueStar Global Investors LLC d/b/a BlueStar Indexes® and the ISE and tracks the performance of exchange-listed Israeli technology operating companies. It is non-diversified.

PTH Description
The PowerShares Dynamic Healthcare Sector Portfolio (Fund) is based on the Dynamic Healthcare Sector IntellidexSM Index (Intellidex Index). The Fund will normally invest at least 90% of its total assets in common stocks that comprise the Index. The Intellidex Index thoroughly evaluates companies based on a variety of investment merit criteria, including: price momentum, earnings momentum, quality, management action, and value. The Underlying Intellidex Index is comprised of common stocks of 60 US health care companies. These are companies that are principally engaged in the business of providing health care-related products and services, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical technology and supplies, and facilities. The Fund and the Index are rebalanced and reconstituted quarterly in February, May, August and November.Grade (RS Rating)
