INDS Description
The investment seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Benchmark Industrial Real Estate SCTR¿ Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index was developed by Benchmark Investments, LLC, the index provider (the "index provider"), and measures the performance of the industrial real estate sector of the U.S. equity market, which includes warehouse and self-storage real estate sub-sectors. The fund is non-diversified.

Columbia Research Enhanced Real Estate ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, closely correspond to the performance of the Beta Advantage® Lionstone Research Enhanced REIT Index (the Index). The Beta Advantage® Lionstone Research Enhanced REIT Index (the “Index”) aims to achieve stronger total return than the FTSE NAREIT All Equity REITs Index through a rules-based strategic beta approach. The Index methodology leverages proprietary research and insights from Lionstone Investments and Columbia Threadneedle Investments to score and weight each constituent within the FTSE NAREIT All Equity REITs Index on such factors as liquidity, income, geographic exposure, quality, value, catalyst and research rating.Grade (RS Rating)
