It seeks to track the investment results of the S&P Latin America 40TM (the "underlying index"), which is comprised of selected equities trading on the exchanges of five Latin American countries. The fund is non-diversified.

The fund invests primarily in equity securities of mid-cap growth companies with an environmental, social and governance ("ESG") rating of medium or better, as rated by Sustainalytics, a third-party ESG rating agency, at the time of purchase.
