The investment seeks investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield (before the fund&#39;s fees and expenses) of an equity index called the Indxx Global Natural Resources Income Index. The fund will normally invest at least 90% of its net assets (including investment borrowings) in common stocks and/or depositary receipts that comprise the index. The index is a 50-stock free float adjusted market capitalization weighted index designed to measure the market performance of the 50 highest dividend yielding companies involved in the upstream segment of the natural resources sector. The fund is non-diversified.

VNMC Description

The investment seeks long-term capital appreciation. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its assets in companies that, at the time of purchase, have market capitalizations either within the capitalization range of the Russell Midcap® Value Index or of $15 billion or less. The Russell Midcap® Value Index is an unmanaged index that measures the performance of companies with lower price to book ratios and lower forecasted growth values within the broader Russell Midcap Index®. It may invest up tp 20% of its assets in companies with smaller or larger capitalizations.
