The index is designed to provide exposure to well-capitalized companies with a history of increasing their dividends. The term ?well-capitalized? reflects companies that have strong balance sheets with durable cash flow and a record of profitability.

It seeks to track the investment results of the Dow Jones U.S. Basic Materials Index (the "underlying index"), which measures the performance of the basic materials sector of the U.S. equity market.
